New Roof

When we bought our house we knew we would need to put on a new roof, and probably had 2 years to get the job done.  The shingles on the house were part of a bad batch of shingles that all curled up around the edges.  

As we're nearing the 2-year home-ownership mark, we did our due-diligence this spring by meeting with several companies and saving up funds.  Overall the process moved very quickly.  Within 2 weeks of calling the roofer to set a timeline the work is complete!  On Monday & Tuesday of this week our new roof went on, and our gutters went on today.  As our house has never had gutters before, we're excited for the first rainfall!

We're thrilled with the way everything turned out, and are glad we can finally cross this one off the list!!
