Hamfling Christmas Highlights

Christmas 2010 was our first Christmas in our first home.  We were able to build lots of wonderful holiday memories this year.  Early in the month we had my classmates and some of their spouses over for a gathering.  It was a great opportunity for Steve to meet all of the people that I spend so much time with and talking about.  I'm actually not sure who had more fun, me or Steve!

The next weekend we hosted my family to celebrate an early Christmas as this year was our year to celebrate Christmas in North Dakota.  It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend complete with a tour of St. Paul that my mom, grandma, and sister will always remember.

Target and my grandma sponsored a good ten minutes of laughter through some adorable cat costumes.  Snickers and Duncan were better sports than we could have imagined, they even cooperated long enough so we could get a family photo.

We spent Christmas weekend in North Dakota with the Hammes clan.  Every minute we get to spend with Jersey is a true blessing!  She gets bigger and bigger every time we see her, it's amazing how well she communicates, and her little kisses are the best kisses anyone could ever receive!  Our weekend was very low key and 100% relaxing.  We were able to see mom and dad's new house and even squeeze in some snowshoeing before the wind kicked in, but most importantly we had some great family time!

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that 2011 brings you and yours many blessings!
